Who runs this site

The Coaching Pivot is run by Jamella Waller through Yieldwell Group LLC ("I," "me," "we"). Questions about your information go to jamella@theyieldstandard.com.

What I collect

• Your name and email, when you ask for your Package and Your Price plan, join the 10 People in 5 Days challenge, or sign up for my weekly letter.
• Your quiz answers, when you use Your Package and Your Price: your hours, income goal, what you want to coach, your experience, and the stories you type in.
• Your optional extra answers, if you choose to add the 30-day plan: where you are now, what is in your way, your timeline, what you have tried, how you want to build, and what waiting would cost you.
• Your guest application, if you apply to be a guest on The Show: your name, email, where you are, your work, your links, and the story you write.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed, the site that sent you, your device type, and your country. This comes from Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Your IP address, held briefly in memory to stop automated abuse of the quiz. It is not stored or linked to your answers.

I do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site today. If that changes, this page will say so first.

How I use it

• To build your plan and send it to you.
• To send the challenge emails you opted into, and my weekly letter. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe.
• If you answer the optional extra questions, I see your answers so that if we ever talk, I already know where you are. I use them to decide how I can help, and nothing else.
• To review guest applications and reply to you about The Show. Nothing you write in an application is shared on air or anywhere else without your say.
• To understand which pages are useful, in total, so I can improve them.

Who helps me run it

A few companies process information for me, only to provide their service:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Resend stores my email list and delivers emails.
• Anthropic (the company behind Claude) writes the personal parts of your plan. Your quiz answers are sent to Anthropic's API to do that. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train their models.
• Slack is where I receive your optional extra answers and a notice of each guest application, privately.
• Supabase stores guest applications in the private studio I use to plan The Show.
• Calendly handles scheduling if you book a coffee chat or a Pivot Strategy Session. Their privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Enrolling in The Pivot Lab happens on theyieldstandard.com, under The Yield Standard's own terms and privacy policy.

What I never do

I never sell or rent your information. I never share your quiz answers publicly or use your words in marketing without asking you first.

How long I keep it

Your name and email stay on my list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Lead notes from the optional questions are kept while they are useful for working with you, and deleted on request. Guest applications are kept while I plan The Show, and deleted on request. Your quiz answers are not saved on this site after your plan is built; the copy in your inbox is yours. The "Open your full plan" link in that email carries your answers inside the link itself, so anyone you forward it to can see your plan.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email.
• Ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing jamella@theyieldstandard.com. I reply within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. I honor them.

Children

This site is for adults building a coaching practice. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
